This research endeavors to delve into the multifaceted implications of digital transformation on the adoption of e-governance services. By employing a comprehensive analysis framework encompassing technological and socio-economic dimensions, this study aims to detect the influencing factors on the adoption of e-governance services amidst digital transformation, such as effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, social influence, and trust. Drawing upon a blend of quantitative methodology using a structured survey instrument, data from 80 samples were collected from citizens across the Goa, India to analyze the relationship between these factors and the adoption of e-governance services.
