The app has been tailored to allow only the two-wheeler and three-wheeler vehicles which are auto, electric auto, bike or electric bike. This focused approach ensures specialization in local mobility needs as well as aligning with the Goa's traditional transportation ecosystem. The main aim of the system is to create an organized, customer centric, and secure digital interface which can bridge the customers with qualified native riders. With real-time ride booking feature integration interactive map-based location visibility rider type selection options and transparent rider information display, the application increases coordination between riders and commuters. The system solves common transport difficulties such as lack of ordered booking mechanisms, ride availability visibility limitations, fare uncertainties, over charging risks, communication gaps, among others.
