    Mobile Application for Telecommunication Services Management

    The increasing dependence on telecommunication services such as Broadband, DTH, and CCTV has created a need for efficient systems to manage customer services, complaints, technician coordination, and billing processes. This study was initiated to address the limitations of traditional manual and semi digital service management methods, which often result in delays, lack of transparency, and reduced customer satisfaction. The objective of this project is to design and analyze a mobile based solution for telecommunication services management. An iterative development methodology was adopted to design the system architecture and functional modules. The proposed system was developed using Flutter and Dart for mobile application development. Firebase Authentication was used for secure user login and role based access control, MongoDB was used for data storage, and Botpress was integrated to provide chatbot support for frequently asked questions. System analysis was carried out using activity diagrams, use case diagrams, and class diagrams to represent system behavior and structure. The study demonstrates that a centralized mobile application can improve service coordination, reduce manual effort, and enhance transparency in complaint handling and billing processes. Although developed as a dummy academic project, the proposed system successfully meets its objectives and provides a scalable foundation for real world implementation.
