| dc.description.abstract | “Web Application for Fitness Tracking” was developed to simplify and enhance the way individuals manage their fitness routines and dietary habits. The system provides users with personalized calorie calculations, structured workout tracking, customized diet planning, and real-time progress monitoring within a single integrated platform. By allowing users to record exercises, set fitness goals, and monitor nutritional intake, the application promotes consistency and informed decision-making. With a strong focus on usability and data accuracy, the platform ensures secure user authentication and organized profile management. Interactive dashboards visually present workout history, calorie consumption, and performance trends, enabling users to clearly understand their progress over time. The system dynamically updates recommendations based on user inputs such as age, weight, height, and fitness objectives, ensuring tailored guidance for goals like weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance. Built using a modern web-based architecture with a responsive frontend and a secure backend supported by a structured database, the prototype emphasizes reliability, scalability, and user engagement.
