dc.description.abstractThe study explores Consumer Purchase Preferences with AI powered tools on E-commerce platforms: A study in Salcete taluka. The aim of the study is to analyse how AI-powered tools on e-commerce platforms influence consumer purchase preferences in Salcete taluka. The study was conducted on 120 respondents that involves consumers from 18 years of age to 60 years and above. The sampling method used was a survey of 12 questions highlighting four objectives to evaluate the customers knowledge about ai and to identify the reasons why customers choose e-commerce rather than physical buying. The findings suggested that ai is widely used in e-commerce platforms and help customers to navigate through e commerce platforms thus shaping their purchase patterns. The findings also stress that product recommendations play a major role in their purchase patterns and e commerce platforms gives more options and choice and is easy to refund and return the unliked or unwanted purchase.
