Abstract
The present study focuses on knowing how well-informed the citizens are about the e-governance services and
measuring how satisfied citizens are with the e-governance services offered by the Goa Government. For this
purpose, a sample of 150 respondents has been selected and studied. Data was collected through a designed
questionnaire and analysed using the chi-square test, ANOVA, and factor analysis. An outcome of the study
reveals that citizens are well informed about the e-governance services, and the elements such as reliability,
security and privacy, citizen support, and transparency have a significantly positive impact on citizens'
satisfaction in the state of Goa.
